Sweet And Sugary Cheese Muffin Recipes

Cinnamon Cheese Muffin:

Mini-cheese muffins
  • 4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • Three eggs
  • 8-ounce grated cheese
  • 1 ½ cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp salt


  1. Take two bowls and mix all the dry ingredients and also wet ingredients separately. For wet ingredients, first beat butter and sugar and then add eggs to it.

  • Pinch of nutmeg


  • Beat together sugar and oil until the sugar disappears.
  • Sift baking powder, baking soda, salt, flour, and nutmeg in a separate bowl.
  • Add butter, eggs, and buttermilk to it by mixing with the help of an electric beater.
  • Now to this batter, add the sugar and oil and mix until you get a frothy texture.
  • Now you can fill the cheeses into the center of the muffin or add it to the batter in folds.
