  3. In a bowl mix flour with pepper before whipping eggs in another bowl
  4. In another bowl mix the zest, dill slices and breadcrumbs
  5. First dip the fish in the flour, nest egg mix, and lastly breadcrumbs
  6. Bake the fish in the tray for 20-22 minutes
  7. In a bowl combine the tartare ingredients and also serve with the fish and salad

  5. Grill the kebabs for 10 minutes while making sure to turn the skewers continuously
  6. When they are done with a nice char, served with flatbread, yogurt, lemon, and tomatoes.
