Procedure: Army Stew
Start by heating oil over medium level heat in a heavy pot. Take ground meat and add it to the heated oil. Cook the meat properly and break it apart by the help of spatula until it is cooked through, and its surface is lightly charred. Then add kimchi, green onions, and garlic, cook and stir them for one minute. Add gochujang in the mixture cook and stir for another minute. Then take chicken stock and pour it in the mixture.
